This page explains how to have data held by Swiss Creative Global Sàrl in connection with the Distrot platform deleted, including data obtained from any third-party account you have connected.
Send an email to support@distrot.com with the subject line Data deletion request, including:
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of verifying it. We may need to verify your identity before proceeding, in order to protect your account.
Once your Distrot account is active, you can disconnect any connected platform from within the Service at any time. Disconnecting immediately stops all further access to that platform, and the data we hold from it is deleted in line with the timescale above.
You can also revoke our access directly from the third-party platform. On Facebook and Instagram, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select Distrot, and remove it. Equivalent controls exist in the security or connected-apps settings of other platforms. Revoking access there stops further data being obtained; to have data already held deleted, please also send us a request as described above.
We may retain limited records where we are legally required or permitted to do so, including transaction and invoicing records kept for statutory accounting periods, security and abuse-prevention logs, and information necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Retained records are held securely and are not used for any other purpose. Aggregated or anonymised information that can no longer identify you may be retained.
Deleting data from Distrot does not delete data held in your own accounts on third-party platforms. Those accounts remain yours, and requests concerning them should be directed to the platform in question.
